About Us Zero to Ten is a specialist children’s book and toy store, catering to children from birth to ten years and their families. We are a small family-run business located in the old Biscuit Factory, South Fremantle.   The proprietor, Rosalie Devitt, a former Early Childhood teacher, is assisted by her son Joe, daughter Eve and partner Eddy. Rosalie has spent many years with young children – learning what they enjoy and how they develop. This has inspired how we have chosen books and toys for Zero to Ten.
